The career of Andre Pesaresi reflects the journey of an international luxury leader who, from his early beginnings in Switzerland to boardrooms in Milan, London, and New York, has led global brands through pivotal transformations, building a reputation for strategic excellence, global vision, and strong commercial acumen.
From his earliest roles across Europe and the United States, he developed a deep understanding of retail, wholesale, and licensing. In New York, as Director of Sales & Merchandising for the North American market, he refined his ability to interpret consumer behavior and translate market needs into solid and profitable commercial strategies — a skill that became the foundation of his international growth.
In the years that followed, he took on positions of increasing responsibility within some of the industry’s most prestigious organizations. In London and across Europe, as Managing Director, he managed multi-brand portfolios and complex strategies, helping strengthen the global presence of iconic brands such as Ermenegildo Zegna, Agnona, and Gucci Accessories, establishing himself as a respected leader known for discipline, vision, and execution capabilities.
His leadership further evolved through the global management of strategic divisions: as Brand Director of the Z Zegna, Zegna Sport, and Licensing lines, and later as CEO in Milan, where he led profound transformations, repositioned brands, and built omnichannel ecosystems capable of restoring established businesses to contemporary international competitiveness.
His global profile became even more prominent in New York in the role of Global Menswear President at Michael Kors, where he defined the worldwide vision for the division, led an international team, and developed a $500 million business, strengthening the brand’s identity in the menswear segment and accelerating its global growth.
He later expanded his scope further as Senior Strategic Advisor, supporting investors, private equity funds, and brands in defining growth strategies, assessing opportunities, and creating value-oriented roadmaps. His perspective integrates marketing, product development, operations, and commercial structure, translating complex insights into concrete and sustainable plans.
Alongside his professional career, he maintains a strong commitment to social impact: as President of the Red Cross in Brianza, he leads more than 150 volunteers, coordinates humanitarian activities, and contributes to the development of social impact programs.
