Massimo Galli has been working as a legal advisor and introducer in cross-border M&A, private equity, infrastructure and finance transactions for over 25 years. He holds law degrees from Columbia University in the United States and the University of Milan in Italy. He has been a partner at international law firms and then general counsel at multinational companies based in New York, London, Milan, Singapore, Riyadh and Dubai.
