Admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and registered with the Rome Bar Association, she has developed extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law, contract law, and arbitration proceedings, including international arbitration. She also practices family law, national and international adoptions, and succession law, areas that are central to the protection, governance, and continuity of family wealth.
She has collaborated with leading law firms – including Studio Legale Sabelli and Vinti & Associati – and served as legal counsel and liaison for the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Italy at Mariani & Associati Commercialisti. For five years, she headed the Legal Department of So.Ge.Fi.NA. S.p.A., then the parent company of a group of asset management companies, and later served as Head of the Legal and Tenders Department at IRI Management S.p.A. She is an expert in Legislative Decree 231 Organizational Models and Codes of Ethics and has also acted as personal legal advisor to Professor Roberto Tana, former Chairman of the Tirrenia di Navigazione Group and Deputy Vice Chairman of Fincantieri S.p.A.
Alongside her legal practice, she has devoted particular attention to the protection of vulnerable individuals’ rights and to social sustainability, earning from LUISS Guido Carli University a First-Level Master’s Degree in Domestic and International Human Rights Protection and a Second-Level Master’s Degree in “Third Sector, Enterprise and Sustainability.”
She currently serves as President of Pro Etico Roma APS – ETS and Impact Manager at GT Benefit S.r.l., organizations committed to social inclusion and the promotion of ESG principles. She regularly participates as a speaker at conferences and initiatives focused on sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
